    公司成立于2003年6月12日，公司现有注册资本为2000万元，是福建南纺股份有限公司的子公司之一。2003年5月18日在收购原福建省南平针织厂、康幸针织有限公司、康宁针织有限公司的经营性资产的基础上创建的。目前企业在岗员工有150多人；拥有大圆机46多台、染机15台、高级定型机及配套轧光、拉毛机等后整设备，年产值8000多万元。是一个集织造、漂染和高级后整理为一体的专业针织坯布生产企业。
    We are a subsidiary company of FUJIAN NANFANG CO., LTD founded on June 12th, 2003, which has registered capital of twenty million RMB. We are founded basing on acquiring the other three knitting companies on May 18th ,2003.There are 150 persons, 46 sets of circular knitting machine, 15 sets of dying machine, calendaring and napping machine in our company. The annual output value is about 80 million RMB. We are professional knitting fabric manufacture.
