The predecessor of Fujian Huahao Industrial Co., Ltd was the Material Supply Department of the CHINA (FUJIAN) FOREIGN TRADE CENTER(HOLDINGS) CO.,LTD. , established on April 28^th, 1989. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CHINA (FUJIAN) FOREIGN TRADE CENTER(HOLDINGS) CO.,LTD. On August 24^th 2011, the company underwent a corporate restructuring and was renamed Fujian Huahao Industrial Co., Ltd. The registered capital is 61.736 million RMB. The company is located at the 11th floor of the Foreign Trade Center Building, No. 75 Wu Si Road, Fuzhou.
